- Money already sitting in your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet, or a Pakistani bank account with transfers enabled.
- An account in your own name. Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with, so a borrowed wallet number causes problems when you try to cash out.
How to deposit money in P999 step by step
- Open P999 and log in with your registered number.
- Tap Wallet in the bottom navigation bar.
- Select Deposit.
- Choose JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer.
- Enter the amount. PKR 100 is the floor.
- Confirm with your mobile wallet PIN or the OTP your bank sends.
- Wait on the confirmation screen until the balance updates.

Work through these in order. The fix depends on whether the money actually left your account.
Money left your wallet but the balance has not moved
This is the common one, and it usually resolves itself inside five minutes.
- Wait five minutes before doing anything else.
- Take a screenshot of the JazzCash or EasyPaisa confirmation showing the transaction ID.
- Send that screenshot to P999 customer support through the chat inside the app. They are the only people who can trace the payment.
- Do not make a second deposit until the first is resolved. Two payments against one pending transaction takes longer to untangle than the original problem.
The payment failed before it went through
If no money was deducted, check the wallet balance covers the amount, confirm your wallet is active, and try again. A failed attempt with nothing debited leaves no transaction to reverse.
You paid from a number that is not yours
Raise it with P999 support in the app before depositing again. Because payouts are sent back to the deposit method, a mismatch between your account and the paying wallet needs sorting out early, not at the moment you want your winnings.
